I am looking for a balanced, fresh and floral scent to add to CP soaps . If anyone knows of such essential oil blends please tell me about them. Thank you.

You are welcome. I don't know if you consider lavender to be a floral, but if you do, I love their Gentleman's Lavender blend. It is definitely fresh, well-balanced, and appealing to both men and women.
