little containers for sampling lip balm

Does anyone know where I can buy some mini sized lip tubes to put lip balm in for samples? I have looked everywhere and only found them at an Australian store which requires a $150 minimum order if shipped to the USA. I just want something that I can put a little sample of lip balm into to give out as samples. Anyone have any ideas?

When I make samples, I just don't fill the tubes all the way.

Good idea. I have some of those slim stick style tubes and that work great. Thanks.
