Little Black Dress??

Has anyone used this FO? I recieved a sample from them, but before using I decided to see if they had any info on it before makings soap. Under their descriptions is says: Seize, No D
What does that mean? If it seizes why would they sell it or send a sample? And what does the D mean?

No discoloration, I'd guess. It may seize in CP soap but you can use it in other bath and body products.
