Hey there! Does anyone have a recipe for liquid goat milk lotion? I only make bar soap and lotion, but I want to expand to liquid.

I would not, it is too hard to preserve. If you go this route you really need to go with full lab challenge testing which is time-consuming and costly.
I'm assuming you're asking about goat milk soap? You say soap in the title and lotion in your message -- it's confusing.
If you mean soap, there's no particular recipe that's better than the others. Make any KOH soap paste and substitute milk for the water normally used for making the paste. The paste should be diluted with water only, however, to reduce the chance of spoilage.
Dairy milk may darken the soap compared to the same recipe made with water. Also there may be some solids from the milk that can reduce the clarity of the diluted soap. These solids may also settle out over time.

I saw the discrepancy in the thread so I was thinking she meant lotion... Looks like we covered both.

Hi Samantha24! I think cmzaha's comment about not using goat milk as the dilution liquid is important to keep in mind. Also, you might want to check out those older threads on liquid goat milk soap - they might have some helpful tips or recipes you can adapt for lotion.
The OP hasn't been on SMF since 2022, so they're unlikely to respond.
Lotion made just with an emulsifier, water, and fats is already hard enough to keep sanitary, even when using a good preservative and sanitary manufacturing practices.
It's not a wise idea to add other ingredients, like milk, to lotion. The milk creates a complete and balanced diet for bacteria and fungi to grow and make lots of babies. That can easily overwhelm even the best preservative.
