Lip Balm Filling Trays - Where to buy?

I'm finally upgrading my equipment and purchasing the large 215 lip balm filling tray! I use generic .15oz/4g tubes and am looking at soapequipment.com and soapersmarketplace.com

Anyone have advice on where to buy from? I'm a little concerned with the return policies I'm finding...but it's time to make the jump and order!

Amazon.com has them. I have never had a problem with them as far as refunding or returning products.
