I made two different batch last night. This is the second one. i made one large batch and divided is soon after mixing the lye.water into the oils.

By the time I got to this second half it was starting to thicken up. I poured 1/2 into a bowl and mixed green clay into it. Once that was mixed, I gave attention to what is the bottom half. I sprinkled red clay in and mixed as best I could and scouped it into mold then I poured the green clay mixtrue on top. I tried a swirl but it was way too thick.
The red clay didnt mix as intened but I like the speckled look.
The scent is Desire from NG.

I really like how the e sort of meanders up and down in the soap, it looks very earthy :)

As I scrolled I literally said: "Ooooh" out loud. If that tells you anything about how good your soap looks! :D

Those cut bars are beautiful. Is the color not accurate or is it red clay on top and green on bottom? Someone who has made thousands of batches of cp batches wants to know - which kinds of clay did you use? how much of each? Can you tell i would like to duplicate it? :) Well done!

Very nice. I am curious how you get the soap out of the embed molds?

I actually took one of the large ones out but it deformed where I pushed on th bottom of the mold. I am going to leave them in the mold for another couple of days.

You are correct. For the red, I took some of red clay and mixed it with a little of the oil/ lye mix then stick blended it into that half. I did the same with the green clay but it show enough green, so I sprinkled in some more green clay. By this time the soap mix was about the consistency of bacon fat. It started to clump so I mixed it in with a spoon. I scooped it into the bottom of the mold and slammed the mold against the table to flatten out a little. Poured the red mix on top and tried to swirl with wood skewer. I did not see the speckles when I put in to the mold. So the green clump look like they bled during gel phase.

I put the molds into a 170 oven and turned off the oven.
