LaserCutz vs usaLaserCutz

I had a soap stamp made by LaserCutz on Etsy a few years ago. They were in England. Now on Etsy I see a company called usaLaserCutz. Are they the same people? I'd like to have another stamp made, but I'd like to go to the same guy. Thanks! Jill

I did. Have not gotten a response. However, upon further investigation, it appears that the original LaserCutz (in Great Britain) has moved off of Etsy now. So the usaLaserCutz is different. Will post again if the Etsy site person responds.
