I ordered some naples bottles for my lotion and would like to label them, but not sure what the best way would be considering the shap and size. They are kind of awkward :/

Any suggestions?

My 9 year old granddaughter was making homemade "bubbles" to give as gifts and we got the naples bottles for her. We ordered oval labels from http://www.onlinelabels.com/oval-labels.htm. Then we got thin, 1/4" ribbon. We took the ribbon around the neck of the bottle, because of the slope of the shoulders of the bottle, it caused the ribbon to cross in front (think of the support our troops, breast cancer and other ribbons). then we put the oval label over the ribbon at the point where it crossed. It was just too cute.

I use those bottles both in 4 oz & 8 oz sizes....I do a custom label on a full sheet label....here's a picture of it on my 8 oz bottle...

I put the ingredients on the back....

Thanks for the suggestions, I think I'll try an oval label.

Lindy, are your labels clear? I can't see the shape. Did you have to cut them by hand?

Those are clear and I use a rectangual shape for this - I saw the suggestion elsewhere for an oval label and I think that would be interesting. I love those bottles, but yeah labelling them can be a pain!!!

I know this is a way old post! But I have struggled so much making something that looked fitting for a naples bottle...finally I was able to create this! With shapes and lines, and using layers on the canvas to my advantage I was able to create my label!

Yes I cut them out individually, as well as the back (I use the same on the back for ingredients etc). One day I'll be rich and purchase them through a printing company lol For now I use clear packing tape over each label to make them water resistant, and then cut each one out.
