I think I need to practice more on my technique for the frosting
They did not gel as well as I expected.

I think they look absolutely adorable, one of these days I'll try frosting soaps, but only when I get up the courage to do so. Maybe someday soon

Thanks all for your replies.

I used a silicon mould to make the cupcakes and it was the first time.
I think I need to put this mould on a heat pad next time and then cover with blankets.

If any one could offer any suggestions with gelling in silicon moulds that would be appreciated.
