@basti , I would not have thought your approach - using a scraper to create a cat - would work well with confetti. How wrong I was. These kitties are all great! Love your creativity.

ok, well, I didn't quite make it in time to submit. I was on vacation for the last couple weeks and just got back late last night 1/27.
I made my soap this A.M. and then came home from work to cut my soap as late as possible to give soap a chance to get hard enough. But, I forgot about the time zone .... I am on the West coast- PST.
But, I was really glad I tried this confetti challenge. Even though I missed it. And plus, I couldn't find the entry thread...
My blue soap is what I would have entered. The colors are as I envisioned except the proportions are off. I meant to have a larger center section with not so much blue on the top. But, I was really scrambling and didn't have time to try to do any math , etc. The pinkish red soap is my fail. Way darker of a pink that I was going for. I intended to do a half on the diag in pink, then the other half in white. but, totally was running out of time this AM.
But, it was fun to try this new technique and get rid of scraps!

@basti , wow, really cute and creative kitties! I can't say I even like cats and I want to take all four of those kitties home with me. They don't look like they would ever walk on my kitchen counters or leave fur all over the couch- just the cutest little faces! Can't wait to see your entry!
Hi everyone sorry I couldn't enter this month challenge. All my soaps are stored an hour out of town and I was unable to get at them to get me some scraps soap for this challenge but I wanted to chime in and let everyone know I really love your soaps everybody did amazing it will be hard for you guys to pick good luck lol

I didn't notice the error before I submitted. Do I need to retake it, or will that throw off the total votes?
