I made these little lotion bar samples for my family and friends. It was easy and fun to do. These are about the size of a half dollar and scented with lavender. (I know it is confusing when a few of them look like a lemon slice :roll: )

For the mold I used an empty mini muffin plastic clam shell thing that my sunday school teacher brought in on sunday! LOL I look at everything as a potential mold these days.

I hear ya on the mold thing! The plastic cups that the frosting comes in when you buy a roll of Pillsbury cinnamon rolls are good for EVERYTHING.

(when I read baby lotion bars I couldn't imagine why one would want to use a lotion bar on a baby...

Okay so I am a dork...well after dark I am anyway. :lol:

I wasn't thinking about babies when I posted this...i was thinking how cute and little those bars were and how badly I needed to get to bed. And now that I have read carebear's post, I am off to get a six pack of cinnamon rolls at the store! hehehe

Funny how we look at every piece of plastic as a potential mold! When ever my children get a toy, I always steal the plastic inserts.
