Yeah they probably already thought I do drugs because I wear bright colors and have a labret piercing :? I can't buy huge bags of this stuff either. I keep everything in a walk~in closet, and am a female so of course I got clothes and shoes taking up 80% of the room 
Luckily I knew already to get 100% lye and not something else. I think I'm going to do like some of you said and will take a few little bars to the hardware store when my lye comes in next Wednesday, just to show them I'm not a drug dealer

Our Tractor Supply Company does carry it.
I remember when I first couldn't find it at Lowes, I called all around and most of the hardware dudes were really snotty to me like I was trying to find it to make meth. Arg!

AAA Chemicals has it. A 32# container is 59.99 + 25.00 for shipping. That comes to 2.67 lb. I can buy at the local Ace Hardware for 2.99# so even if I found someone in my area to split it with, by the time I paid for gas and messing around to split it up, Ace comes out about the same.
