Hello My name is Dawn; I am very new to soap making and am just now trying to figure out the basics. I am looking for a way to make my own soap and maybe seel some to my friends and neighbors. I am reading a book I have had on my shelf for years (The Soap Makers Conmpanion) and it seems to be very interesting. I love to shop for different types of soaps and have always wondered if I could make some of them. The SOAP MAKING FORUM looks terrific and am looking forward to talking to any and all of you about soap. Lets talk - Dawn
