Insulating time for lard base with honey.

Making my first Lard based soap it's been insulating in the mold (trash bag lined Mason Jar box ) for about 14 hours. Just read should not insulate soap with honey, of course my soap has 1/4 cup honey. Just went to check on it still very warm, seems fairly hard. I was originally going to keep it insulated for 24 - 48 hours.

Question: Should I go ahead and remove from mold and cut then put back into insulating box (rubber made container) without insulating blankets. Temp in the house is about 66 - 68 F.

64 oz lard
12 oz olive
8 oz coconut oil
4 oz coca butter
2 oz bees was
1/4 cup honey
1 tbs cinnamon
1 cup pulvarized oats
12 oz lye
32 oz distilled h2o

Warnings about insulating soaps that include honey or sugars of any type, are to prevent over heating. ie soap volcanoes. You stated your soap is hard, so your probably safe from that. If it's still warm, it's probably still gelling. How you proceed is up to you. You have a high amount of hard oil/butters plus beeswax which may make cutting difficult if you wait too long.
