Holler everyone

I havent been on here in a while - life can be cruel sometimes and conspires to take away soaping time. But there was a long weekend and I made soap! I tried to do a new a thing (with regard to swirling) - it didnt work out so well but it smells good, really good (kind of like Active Fresh Speedstick)- so I am happy that at least I've got that down (been experimenting with perfumery as well). Anyhow, the colour experiments went relatively well, and the colour is popping but alas the swirl went awry!!! :(

Nevertheless - I think I'll call it something retro-ish and market it as a novelty retro-themed item. Here below are some pics (yep and I know that the twigs and stuff dont quite go with a retro-theme....I'm working on it.

The first pic is how cool it looked after de-moulding - I got really excited - wow that's real cool - I thought!

I sliced and felt heart plummet - inside didnt look too good at all, atleast not what I was envisioning (i.e splatter blob splash effect). Here's what it looks like when sliced.
Even from the side - it's not resembling my hopes for it! BOOO!

Any suggestions on a name?

How about American Beauty ? or something like that ?
Very pretty !!

LOL - cos I am not an American, and it only did just occur to me upon reading your reply that my red, white and blue soap looks American-ish!!
Thanks

Very very nice , I love it .
I can't think of any names right at the moment. Did you scent it ?

Cool soap ... I'd call it "Happy Dance" but then
we all know that can't be a good thing since
I thought of it. LOL
