I need help in my recipe

hi,

I am trying to make a perfect soap to me, but I can't find the rights ingredients, then somebody can help me?

I am trying to do one exfoliant, moisturizing, antioxidant with grapeseed oil and with good values of hardness, cleansing, condition, bubbly, creamy, iodine and INS without use any kind of animals substances.

"Perfect Soap" is only relevant to the user, as it is all personal preference and based on skin type, sensitivity, etc.
I personally would not use Grapeseed Oil as it has a short shelf life and may be prone to rancidity.
You could try 45% Olive Oil/25% Coconut Oil/20% Palm Oil/10% Castor Oil with a 5-7% superfat...if your skin is dry, I'd go 7-10% superfat...if you skin is oily, I'd stay closer to 5% superfat.
As for exfoliants, there's lots of options: colloidal (finely ground) oatmeal, poppy seeds, jojoba beads, cornmeal, pumice...oatmeal would be the gentlest, pumice or cornmeal the roughest. You could also try a salt bar, but that's a bit more technical for a newbie.

Well, I guess all of us dream of the perfect bar. I haven't come up with perfection yet, but will try to help you. Soap is a wash off product so it really does not moisturize. You just want one that doesn't strip the oils from your skin. You can make any recipe more conditioning by substituting coconut milk for half the liquid. Use distilled water for your lye solution and add the coconut milk at thin trace. Finely ground oatmeal is a good exfoliant.

Here is an example recipe, I suggest you work with SoapCalc in adjusting the numbers.
8 % Castor Oil
25% rice bran oil
26% grapeseed oil
20% coconut oil
20% cocoa butter
1 % stearic acid

I am relatively new in soap maker, but I tried some simples recipes with coconut oil and beewax with bushing powder, but the result was not good.. I think is because I dont like glycerin and crisco too.. so I am without basics ingredients to do one good recipe. I didn't try, but like milk too, if helps..

What do you mean you don't like Glycerin? That's hard to avoid in handmade soap, since glycerin is a by product of the saponification process. You don't need to add Glycerin to soap.
I would leave out the beeswax...especially if you're using a lot of Coconut. It suppresses lather and can make the soap drag on your skin, especially if you use too much.

I actually like glycerin, I just want to do one soap without glycerin just for challenge=p a lot of soap use it.. so i want try something different.. ;-)

OH! Luffa! I know what that is May I ask where you are from?
When you say you want to do a soap without glycerin...do you mean without adding extra vegetable glycerin to your recipe...or do you mean not using a glycerin based Melt & Pour soap?

I am from Brazil :-D I meant just without add extra vegetable glycerin, because glycerin turn the recipe more easy.. and I want a little chalenge ^^

ps.: the shelf life of grapeseed oil is 3 - 6 month, this is enough for me..

Oi Paulo, seja bem vindo!

You can bring your soap to thick trace and pour it into a luffa. When it is firm you can then slice it into bars with the soap embedded in the luffa.

For exfoliants, you could try ground oats or fubá at 1 TBS per pound of oils.

Are you currently in Brazil or elsewhere. If you are in Brazil, there are probably lots of local ingredients you could use which would be difficult to obtain in the US.

As a basic recipe, I like 40% olive oil, 20% palm, 20% coconut or babassu, and the remainder a mix of castor oil and a butter like cocoa, shea or mango.
