I just started making soap a couple of weeks ago, and its been great  , I have so much soap that would last me my whole life :) What do you do with it now? I still want to make some more !!! Doing small batches is not fun :(

Most of us have the same problem. I had a lady come around to my home today to pick an eBay purchase (not related to soap) and I gave her a cake of soap as a thank you gift. LOL. She was very pleased.

Our local rescue mission and shelter for women of domestic violence are always glad to get soap donations. It feels good to give to those organizations that could really use the help!

Ditto, and it can be a tax write off. If you have only been soaping 2 weeks, be safe about what you donate.

You can also get a good cheese grater and grate it up for doing laundry.

1 bar soap, 1 cup borax, 1 cup wash soda and 1 gallon very hot water. You need to shake it up before each use but it works as good as the name brand detergents.

What about a donation to CTW? If it passes the zap test, you could help the people of haiti with a donation that will be re-batched and distributed.

Abundance of soap

Have you tried selling any of it? I know lots of people who would rather have the homemade soap instead of soap purchased at the store. I would put an ad in your local newspaper. You may be surprised by the response. I agree with some of the others. Family members usually love getting it as gifts too.
