What do you think?

for my orange/lime/lemongrass/litsea cubeba (which smells lemony-orange)

Morning Starshine

(too old-hippie? I spent the day with an old hippie yesterday, as she accompanied me on a long drive to put our spring tour flyers all over a small city which is 1.25 hours drive away. We had lunch in a Cambodian restaurant - delicious curries!

She is so mellow that I feel mellowed out myself this morning, less of a ball of steel wool and more of a curly kate.

so instead of just 'Citrus' for this bar....waddya think?

I could also name it simply "Sunshine" or "Morning Sunshine" or "Sunrise"

Reminds me of Willy Wonka in the latest Charlie and the Chocolate factory
:)

Spoken from the perspective of a person who is sensitive to scents---The combination that you made is something that I would like and could use without it giving me a headache. But I would not pick up a bar of Morning Starshine. The name itself is pretty, but it would signal me to stay away.

I realize that it is a minority of people who have to be careful of what scents they choose to take a whiff of, so it may not be an issue at all.

Maybe Citrus Sunrise?

Same as Toni, I'm less sensitive to scents but the name would scare me off. I guess it depends who you are marketing to? Everyone will like something different.
If you put "Citrus" in the name somewhere, even if it's like "Citrus Starshine" or something, theeeen I would be all over it.

Thank you all! I do appreciate feedback, pro or con....

I'm guessing that the young 'uns here never heard the song?

Good morning starshine, the earth says hello,
It twinkles above us, it twinkles below, oh oh oh oh oh.
Good morning starshine
There's love in your eyes.
My love and me and sweet dreams,
in early morning singin' song..

Blibby blip blooby dibby aba dooby leelee lo lo......etc. etc...

Citrus is too short for a name. I find that two word names or long single names sell better.

OK, maybe 'Citrus Sunrise' then.

i like the name. it would make me look at it more if i was looking online to see what was in it... :D

I remember that song and now it's stuck in my brain... At least it's a nice song to have stuck in your brain. :)

You could probably take any 2 or 3 of those lyrics and maybe even combine them with a citrus theme to get a great name.

Lemon Sweet Dreams
Early Morning Citrus
Lemon Starshine
Citrus Twinkle
Love in your eyes
Love and Starshine

And I like Morning Starshine too.

LAFFS!

Imagine what a happy place your town or city might be if many people were singing those silly words out loud as they strolled downtown.
I just googled these lyrics:

Good mornin' starshine, the earth says hello
You twinkle above us
We twinkle below

Good mornin' starshine, You lead us along
My love and me as we sing
our early mornin' singin' song

Glibby gloop gloopy Nibby Nabby Noopy La La La Lo Lo
Sabba Sibby Sabba Nooby abba Nabba Le Le Lo Lo
Tooby ooby walla nooby abba nabba
Early mornin' singin' song

Good mornin' starshine
There's love in your skies
reflecting the sunlight
in my lovers eyes

Good mornin' starshine, so happy to be
my love and me as we sing
our early mornin' singin' song

Glibby gloop gloopy Nibby Nabby Noopy La La La Lo Lo
Sabba sibby sabba nooby abba nabba Le Le Lo Lo
Tooby ooby walla Nooby abba nabba
Early mornin' singin' song

Can you hear me?
Singin' a song, hummin' a song, singin' a song
Lovin' a song, laughin' a song, singin' the song
Sing the song, song the sing
song song song sing, sing sing sing song

Long long long ling, ling ling ling long

Sing sing a song sing a song
yah, you can sing sing song sing a song
Sing sing a song, sing a song
Sing..........
