I can't live without pink soap any longer

Ok, so I've gotta make me some pink soap.
I've tried pink clay and raspberry mica, red clay... what else??? Pink ultramarine. TD & ultramarine......
I cannot get it right.
I want rockstar pink!!
I don't how artificial the colourant has to be I just want PINK!!! Purdy pink, like musk lollies.
I can get a fairly light soap base going and I can pick a FO that won't discolour.
Can anyone suggest a method or colourant for me???
I'm really struggling with it.

If you can use the neon colors from TKB, the neon pink is amazing in CP.

Just looked up rockstar ingredients. They use TD plus D&C red no3.

I got an amazing rock star pink from the magenta mica from WSP - its awesome...let me see if I can get you a pic:

Its bubblegum scented and that particular batch has been on the rack for over 8 weeks - its smells JUST like Bubblicious too

I got a nice magenta bar using the Red Raspberry color from Majestic Mountain Sage. Not quite as hot as some of these pinks, though!

You could try the Pearl Pink mica from TKB to get that Rock Star Pink. You might have to use a tsp ppo or so but I've gotten about that pink with that mica. It's soap stable. One of my new favorite colors. Hard not to use!

I ended up ordering the D&C no33 or is it just 3?? Whichever I'm not sure... anyway I ordered it. I got a purple too just in case I need to cool the pink off a bit.
Liquid dye here I come. Funny cause when I started soaping I was never going to use anything but 'ala naturale'. How can one resist all those colours and fragrances. TDF!!

I'm a pink girl too, and I have found that if you use ENOUGH of the raspberry pop, it will pop. If you gel your soap, it will pop more. I've also seen color tests with the Labcolors in fuschia, and it was a beautiful pink.

I'm expecting some ultramarine pink in a shipment this week. Can't wait to try it, though I'm shooting for a lighter shade as well. I can see several experimental pink batches in my future...

And thanks for a soaping inspiration. I have lots of those plastic beverage glasses. Never gave them a thought to use for mixing up colors in!!

Thank you for this! I was thinking of ordering LabColors... but was hesitant to make the investment without examples of what the colors produce. I wish they would post more pictures on their site.

I'm not a pink person ... not even a little bit ... I'm soooooooooo purple ... a real blue purple ... and find the whole pink thing a major challenge.

A woman I work with and love loads is a pink and purple person and has been asking me to make soap with pink for her and her family. I really want to ... so have bought some FO's that I feel pink and purple colours may be ok in. ... but I currently don't have any pink.
