I am finally going to try a bath bomb...can I use....

I would like to add colloidal oatmeal in my recipe....has anyone tried this?
I would also like to use a basic recipe but a drier one with shea butter or maybe cocoa butter to moisturize...
Any insight would be helpful....thanks
