i make a bar that is really hard 47 on soap calc. and i love that, but because i am gearing this for my husband and his friends for camping and hunting. i was wondering if any one can suggest a sub for cocoa butter, i'm thinking it may make them break out. no probs yet, but want an alternative.
here is my recipe. it really is a nice little bar. i really love using it with a cedarwood eo blend, and thought i would never want anything to do with it. i love the lather, creamy.

i scent with spruce eo, or use activated charcoal.
3.11% beeswax
12.42%canola
12.42% cocoa butter
29.81% coconut oil
25.81% palm oil
12.42% olive oil

thanks,
renee

ya, i didn't think of that. so that isn't as clogging to pores like cocoa butter, but will still be as hard.
