So, I''ve never done this! I have a recipe with clear instructions on a Goat's milk soap and it calls for 'coconut oil 76 degree". Is this a specific type of coconut oil or a "soften to" temperature before I add it?
Thanks so so so much for any help!!!

Hello.

There are 2 different coconut oils. One is 76* which melts at that temp and the other is 92* which melts at that temp. I started using 76* but since went with the 92* I think it is the basic same thing.

Yup. Same sap value.
There's another type though, fractionated coconut oil, which is liquid.
