How to list infused oils on labels

I made some lip balms as holiday gifts for my friends and family, and instead of adding flavoring, I infused my jojoba oil with vanilla bean (mmmmm). How would this be listed on an ingredient label?

The method of getting it in your product does not matter.

Would I list the vanilla bean as the last ingredient, since very little vanilla bean is actually in the product? Or would you list "vanilla bean infused jojoba oil"?

I just list in order of amount used. So vanilla bean if it was the smallest amount would be last.

I wouldn't put "infused oil" personally (and it's probably just me) because it sounds like you tried to make your vanilla bean go further and cheapen it off. I know that's not the case - you just don't want scratchy vanilla bean in your lip balm!
