How many bars to start with?

Starting around mid-april next year I am planning on starting to sell soaps at a weekly farmers market. I make 10 different goats milk bars, 4 beer and goats milk bars, 7 goats milk shampoo bars and 4 goats milk shaving bars. I was thinking that I need around 800 total bars for the first month or two. Do you think that that would be way too much or too little?

How much traffic does your market get? How many soapers are there in all?

I will be one of two soapers, attendance should be around 6000.

I think 800 bars would be a good starting point or more..
