How do you insert pics in a post?

I want to show everyone who has been helping me how it turned out, or atleast how it looks in the mould right now! Is there a tutorial?

First you have to upload them to a place like Image Shack. Then you can put the link between these

and it will show in your post. Be sure you have them set to a size for forums or web so that they won't be too large for the page.
