how do I post pictures?

I tried everything...I must not be as smart as I used to be...how do I post pics on this forum??? I dont want Imageshack Toolbar

I use the imageshack uploaded but don't have their toolbar.
I'll do it now and see if I can step by step you.
Click on the reply to post button
No click the browse button and go pick out your pic
now click host it
if the join now comes up just close that bit if u don't want to join
Copy the 'forum code'
and then paste it right here in the reply box
