How do I mix TD

What is recommended for mixing TD, is it water, glycerine or oil?

It depends on the TD. Some are water soluble; some are oil; some are both. Your supplier should be able to tell you which one you have. You could take a small bit and try mixing it... you'll be able to tell. I prefer to use the oil soluble one.

For M&P I like to mix with glycerin. For CP, I dip some of my recipe oil (normally olive).
