How do I add an image to the body of my post?

Some days I feel like I can't do ANYTHING right. Usually I can figure these things out but not today. How the heck do I put pictures into my post? Let's say I want one right

I want to share my ugly, gross, toxic soap disaster from today :,(
Maybe get a little help. Or a lot.

You have to have your pics hosted somewhere. Like imagehost, flickr or facebook or someplace like that. Then just push the Img button and put in the url of where your pic is

you click on choose file under the text box you are typing in. that will open a window to image shack, then you choose the pic you want to upload and once you have uploaded it to image shack it will give you different options of code to copy and paste into your text box. you choose the one you want, then copy and paste then hit preview to make sure it is on there. then hit submit. HTH
