I was just wondering what size everyone makes their bars of soap? Is there a standard size?

No standard... though the number I hear most often is 4 ounces.
Some like a larger bar and some like smaller.
I cut my 3" round soaps to a 1 inch thickness and they come out between 4 and 5 ounces once they cure.

4oz is pretty standard but I like them bigger. I like a good 5 or 5 1/2oz bar myself.

If you meant size by inches, my bars are usually 3 1/2" x 2 1/2 "x 1". I've never weighed them, but now I am curious to know! :)

I cut mine close to the same size as Jude.

3 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 1"

I do hot process so I do not get much shrinking.

The bars are 5oz.

Most of mine are 3.5x2.5x1.25" thick, but a few get cut thicker for a really hefty bar.

I'm in the process of changing mine - which were huge - for several reasons.

1.) You can't fit many into smaller flat rate boxes when you have big chunky packaging boxes...

2.) All my various accoutrements on my boxes arent cost effective

3.) If I start doing shows, it's almost impossible to do them the way I'm doing them now, with shred, box, riboon, charms etc.

4.) I'm selling 7 and 8 ounce bars for what people are charging for 4 oz. bars. Crazy talk, I know.

5.) White boxes show fingerprints.

I'm gonna do a standard soap box and label. Throw 'em in there, wham, bam, slap a label on...done. 4ish ounces.

How are you getting the same size bar? I can't cut a sraight line to save my soul! I just cut up my batch out of a broiler pan and I have every size you and think of and I swear I measured but I just can't cut a straight line!
