Holiday confetti soap

I had to put a less than stellar drop swirl soap to good use! The white chunks of soap were coated with gold mica. It’s not so obvious in the body of the soap, but I like the effect for the top of the soaps to the left. The tree in the cube soap was intentional and next time I will aim for the middle!

I’ve realized that making confetti soap in a slab mold opens up the possibility of sticking in bits and pieces that can be planed flat after the soap is cut.

I’m glad you like it. It’s a little soap, but a good size for guest soap.
