I want to try HO sunflower oil to replace olive oil in CP soap, but I don't know how to tell if a sunflower oil is high oleic or not. I'm putting together an order from Bulk Apothecary. They carry sunflower oil, but do not specify if it is HO or not. It does say in the description that it is used for soapmaking. Is there a way to tell if a specific sunflower oil is HO or not? Is there a possibility of getting it locally (there is a restaurant supply store in my town) to avoid high shipping costs?

@DeeAnna has a helpful article about determining if an oil is HO. I would contact BA to inquire about this before ordering. I have ordered HO sunflower oil from Soaper's Choice. They carry both HO and regular sunflower oil, and it clearly states what you are ordering. Normally, though, I buy my HO sunflower oil at Trader Joe's. The cost is about $4 for 32 ounces - it also clearly says it is HO on the front label.
