Hey everyone...glad to see a few familar names on here!

I live on a small farm in south central Missouri. Raise goats along with a variety of other farm animals. Have been making soap since 2001 --always something new to learn or try. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

SoapyEwe I am assuming you are using sheep's milk in your soaps?
Have a family fairly close to me that makes sheep cheese (try saying that fast a few times-lol)

Hi GardenGoat! I'm up near KC but planning on getting outta here! We're headed to the Springfield area. Where are you in south central? We frequent the area as my parents live near Plato and my husband grew up in Houston.

We want a place out in the country where we can raise a couple of Herefords, a horse, pets...and the kiddos! They need to run free! I've been seriously thinking about getting goats too.

Small small world. My daughter went to Plato school. Am about 5 miles out of Nebo.....Lynchburg being the next closest wide spot About 30 miles NE of Houston.

Haven't regretted yet getting out & away from the city. A whole nuther set of perspectives & priorities out here for sure.

We come through there on 32 when we cut over to Plato from Lebanon. It sure is a small world!
