Just figured I would post here as my first post, as it seems to be fitting. Don't really expect much of a reply.
I am a student studying Geophysical Engineering near the Denver area! I am making the transition between calling Colorado my home and Texas my home...so if I say I'm from Texas, I am.
I fell in love with soaping after buying a silly lotion bar for way too much money from the Renaissance Fair in Magnolia a few years ago. I thought, hey, I could do something like this--and then I discovered soaping, and it was never the same. I have a relatively modest soaping history and am not exactly a spectacular formulator. I do it for fun. I do not sell nor do I ever intend to.
I hope to become a slightly lurking part of this community!
