help with scrub recipe

I am wanting to make an emulsified scrub recipe. What percentages should I use for my ingredients?

salt
phenonip
emulsifying wax or polysorbate 80 (which is better?)
stearic acid (why?)
almond and or shea butter

I searched for about an hour and a half and did not find anything about percentages for use.

I make an emulsified scrub.

I fiddled with the percentages for months.
Make a small batch, let it sit, test it, tweak it. Repeat. Again and again.

Just start, keep notes, eventually you'll develop a recipe you like.
