Help with Item: Anhydrous Ethanol

Hi, I signed up to take a Japanese soap making class and one of the items on my supply list is Anhydrous Ethanol.
I have already emailed the teacher since I figure that we in the US may call it by another name. Can anyone help me figure out what the right product is?

Is it from Etsuko Watanabe or Aromatica labo? I love their soaps! A dream to look at.

Be aware the last link Zuleika provided isn't really anhydrous ethanol, even though that's what it says in the product description. I have no idea why they're doing this -- it doesn't make sense.

The tech info is very clear about this product being only 85% alcohol (170 proof). That isn't close to anhydrous (99%+ alcohol, 200 proof).
