HELP! Soy wax cracked!

Okay, I used NATUREWAX P-1 Soy Pillar Wax from lonestar and poured the wax at about 175 degrees, ALL of the candles cracked, it was a disaster! I burnt one just now that wasn't too bad off just to see what the trow would be like and now the outside of the candle down to where I snuffed it out at has a thick white deposit on the outside. Any one know what it is that I'm doing wrong? I did cool them in a cooler, and not at room temperature. I don't have my heart set on using soy, but loved how pretty the colors came out. Also, the throw is practically none existent when I burn them, but smell amazing when they are unlit. I don't think I will be using soy again, but I am desperately curious.

Cracked candles

1st, let me say I am sorry your candles cracked.
2, I have never used Lonestars wax.
I do use Enchanted Lites Soy wax, I love it have been using it about 10 years.

However to the cracked candle. The candles cooled too quickly.
So questions, where your molds warm?
I heat my molds either in the oven on cookie sheets at 150 degrees or if you have good control use a variable speed heat gun.

After the candles are poured you might try setting a cardboard box over your candles to help them cool slower.

I would test pour again with out scent or dyes until you get the pour of the wax and the cooling down. Then add dyes and scent realizing your wick size might change.

Soy is different and it takes a bit of time to perfect but it is worth it!
