How are you going to display your products for sale at the show/fair? Do you have a theme (rustic, sophisticated, seasonal, etc.) or a general color scheme? Will you use tables, shelving units, etc.? How do you expect to arrange the tables, shelving, etc. in your booth?
The organizers want to know if you are doing your homework to prepare for the show. They also want to know if your booth design will fit in with their overall theme. Some fairs are seasonal and require the sellers to use seasonal motif (Christmas decor, fall or spring theme, etc.) Others just want to know you have a reasonable plan in mind.
Some folks will just show up having done very little preparation besides making product. That doesn't bode well for the seller's success, for one thing, because an attractive booth attracts buyers. The show organizers want you to succeed, because they stand to benefit from your success.

Tip: Since you haven't attended a fair/show before, you won't have pics of your booth, but take some pics to use for future applications. 1000 words and all that...
