Help Needed with Descriptions

I'm trying to write descriptions of the various oils (olive oil, coconut oil -- I've got lard written) and milks (goat, coconut, and soy), with their properties, used to make soaps. I KNOW I've seen these lists somewhere on the internet but am darned if I can find them.

Can anyone please point me in the right directions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
