Help needed colouring Massage Bars

Hi iam wanting to make some Massage Bars and I want to colour them,could any one tell me what's best to colour them with, as iam a bit concerned that they may colour the skin and don't wnt that.

Hi,

I made some massage bar with hearts and used a little golden and a little red mica for colouring and it dont colour skin at all
