Help! Lye heavy? or ok? :((( + pics

I just removed me soap out out of the oven (CPOP)
75% OO
20% CO
5% Grapeseed
5 % superfat
I used Green tea instead of water. No scent or color.
I got brown tears in couple places and i got white specs ( as if I swirled it but i didn't) Those brown tears and white specs do ZAP ((
What do I do? leave it alone for couple of weeks? or i have to re-batch?
This is my 4th soap and i feel so disappointed

How big of a batch is that??? Does all of it Zap or just the spots??

It is 3 pound batch. Only spots zap. Rest of the soap has the usual soapy taste

Well, i've never re-batched, and don't know how. But I would wait it out a few days and see what happens. It they don't get any better then try re-batching. But like I said, I don't know how. Sorry!

To me, it looks like you've got two things going on.
Partial gel, that's the darker section towards the middle. The white spots bother me. It looks like parts didn't mix in properly.
What temps did you soap at? You say you put your soap in the oven, was the oven on? Could it have overheated?

Leave it for a day or two and recheck those spots, if they still zap (just those spots, not the rest), you could grate the soap up, remelt and add a couple of tablespoons of oil, until there is no longer a zap.

Those spots look like Chrissy said as if something didn't mix properly ( false trace perhaps) . I would cut the spots out if I rebatched it , if they still zap .

I soaped at 105-110 degrees. I put my mold in the oven (200 degrees) for an hour, then turned it off and left it there overnight. I actually have second part of this batch in the separate mold that i never put in the oven. I did put scent in that one. It was still too soft yesterday. I will look at it today and compare with the oven one.

I agree too. The mixture wasn't completely emulsified (smooth and even).
You divided it into two parts? One part could have more lye in it than the
other part. I would rebatch both parts together to be sure that didn't
happen.

PS Were your oils totally melted together until clear before you added the lye/water? ... and you didn't add the oils/fats separately?

Well, I only separated them after trace. Is it still possible that one part got lye heavy? (and i guess then not enough lye) . ?

I did not add any oils separately ( only a little bit of oil where i mixed my EO but that went into the second mold )
I am thinking that just to stay safe i will rebatch the whole thing and not worry about it...
