HELP! Can I use a pot with a coating to mix oils and lye?

The lye mixture and the oil mixuture are around 100 deg F and I realised the pot I was giong to mix them together in is too small! Can I use a pot that has a teflon like coating? I think that one might be big enough!!!

I'm about to use a plastic tub and I hope that's ok!

A plastic tub is fine.

I know you've finished your batch by now, but for future reference, you want to stay away from teflon type coatings. Not good for soap, or your pot.
