Hi All....
It's been a loooong time since I've participated in any soapmaking forum. I stumbled across SMF today while trying to find a scent blend from long ago that I misplaced.
I've been making soap since 1995. Generally cold process, although I've dabbled in other areas just for fun. My soap biz has been around since 2001 (unofficial prior to that). I still love making soap and it still helps to keep us in groceries.
Hubster and I also own a gift shop/craft mall. We've had that biz for just over 5 years. Retail has been a bit tough the past few years, but we do love what we do! We've met some wonderful people over the years.
We have two grown daughters and two granddaughters. Also a son-in-law. 8) Actually one daughter is married with two girls, our "baby" at nearly 20 years old still lives at home. She also has her own biz and works at the shop.
I'm looking forward to wandering around on this forum - maybe I'll recognize some of you from other places. Thanks for having me!
