hi to all, I am very much a newbie, and also newbie in soap making. I have been reading about soap making and watching videos too, that I decided recently to try doing it myself. It took me weeks to be able to really find the lye or sodium hydroxite and so I started my first and second batch. I do not know if it will turn it right because I only learn the recipes with sodium froim powdered form and I wonder if the flakes form has something to do with the measurement.(if powdered differs in measurement from flakes) Hope someone will explain.
I am perla from the Philippines and becoming a member in this forum is an honor .Hope you can bear with me as I go along. Thank you
