Well I'm new to the forum. Just got started playing around with bases etc since I have been laid up from surgery and can't do any of my normal activities. And I have to say I'm hooked!
 
Hey equestrian! The funny thing that is exactly how I got into soap making! I got thrown from my horse 6 years ago in September, ripped my knee up in several places and well needed surgery. I got bored sitting at home for 12 weeks, took a class on soap making in an amish town near me and got blown away by it. I started selling about 3 years ago and my business is just local but sells at the farm markets and craft fairs. Good luck to you.
