Hello Soapers!

My name is PJ. I am from Murfreesboro, Tennessee. My passion is urban gardening and homesteading. I am new to soaping. Very new! I just made my second batch of soap and I am sooooo hooked! Sadly though, my second batch crumbled when I starting cutting it. I googled "why does my home made soap crumble and break when I try to cut it" and it brought me to your forum. So naturally, I joined and started reading. Based on a few notes from other soapers to another poor disappointed soul with the same issue I now have my latest block of soap in the oven heating up. I will try to cut it again once it is warm. Wish me luck, and a big Thank You to the curators of this forum! I suspect I will be hanging out here quite a bit!
