Hello everyone....

My name is Mike and I'm a newbie to soaping. I live in Portland, OR with my partner, who candles. I've made around 20 batches right now, and I'm very sure I'm hooked.

I do cold process and hot process and love it. I make our own laundry soap, and I can hardly wait to get in the kitchen and grab my stick blender most days.

I still have a lot to learn but each batch gets a little better and I laugh at the flops. I'm sure I will talk to everyone around and post the occasional question. Take care, and have a wonderful day!
