Hi,
My name is Jennifer and we are a homeschooling family. I am extremely new to soap making. I have very sensitive skin and when we moved from FL to Maryland my skin became worst enemies with the store bought soap we were used to. My already dry and flacky skin became very itchy. One of the moms at our homeschool coop told me about homemade soap. I bought some locally and was amazed at the results. Oooh....what a relief! My skin feels and looks GREAT!

You can say I fell in love and immediately started researching more about homemade soaps. As I researched more about it, the more I fell in love with the whole process. I am now preparing to make my first batch of soap. I was looking for a recipe to try out and found this forum. What an awesome place!

I want my first batch to be a Eucalyptus Soap using the CP. Any advice on where I can find a good recipe for Eucalyptus Soap or any other recipe that will wake me up in the morning? :D

Hello Jennifer and welcome to the Forum.

I have skin very similiar to yours and it's why I'm in love with hand-made soaps. My preferred recipe is Extra Virgin Olive Oil 75% & Coconut Oil 25%. From there you can add whatever other addititives and scents that you like.

I look forward to being able to follow your progress.

Cheers
Lindy
