I ordered a Proctor-Silex stick blender from Amazon because it was inexpensive. We will see how it holds up for me. If it gives me trouble, I will look into one of the other ones mentioned. I just have a really tight budget and wanted to get started as soon as I could, so I bought what I could.

My PS burned out on me after 12 batches! Don't over use it!!!

I ordered a proctor silex from Amazon when I first started and it's still going strong. I am careful with it though and when the motor gets too hot, I don't use it. Only have that problem when I am making liquid soap so it's not usually a problem. have fun!
