Sorry cinco de mayo is not my thing. The history behind it is the spanish defeated the french in the 1860's. I'm of french descent so cinco de mayo so i'm not fond of this day. :? :? :? :? :?

Me too. Picked up a 12 case on my way home from work.

Actually, it marks Mexico's victory over France. France invaded Mexico & tried to take the country over.

In modern times it is a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. We enjoy celebrating different cultures and their unique atributes. It's one of the best ways I have forund to teach my children tolerance & unity.
