I FINALLY did something soapy! I made green tea with coconut milk soap. I infused olive oil with matcha powder for about a month. I split the batter with uncolored and the greenish infused oil and did a hanger swirl, or at least attempted a hanger swirl. It kind of turned into a plop and glop. The green is really hard to see—I’m not sure if you’ll be able to tell a difference between the 2 colors when all is said and done. It smells divine, though! I used clary sage, vetiver, lemon, lemongrass and black pepper essential oils.

Thanks! I added just a tiny bit of spirulina because it didn't look green at all when I mixed it!
The halo effect is so interesting. I had some spirulina, but I can’t seem to find it. It held up pretty well for me in soap I made early on. I can get great greens with matcha infusions, but they never last once the soap is exposed to light.
